Overview of RIAFSA
RIAFSA was founded in 1989 as a membership organization of not-for-profit providers of aging services. Our diverse membership includes not-for-profit nursing homes, assisted living residences, and senior housing providers, as well as adult day health services.
Every day, our members help thousands of older Rhode Islanders and their families by providing the services that individuals need, when they need them, in the place they call home. We are committed to maximizing their health and well-being by providing quality care.
Given the wide range of supports and services provided by RIAFSA members, we represent a constellation of care for older Rhode Islanders and their families. If you are in need of long term care, RIAFSA’s members stand ready to provide quality and compassionate care.
RIAFSA is the Rhode Island chapter of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).
