Adult Day Health Care Services
Adult day health services are community-based organizations that provide structured, individualized programs to meet the physical and/or cognitive health needs of the elders and adults with disabilities we serve. Adult day programs provide a variety of care management, nursing, nutritional, therapeutic, personal care, educational and family support services in a protective, medically supervised daytime setting. Nursing, functional and social supports are tailored to meet the unique needs of program participants and their family caregivers.
